La Fiaba di Lila e il Cuore di Pietra

The Tale of Lila and the Heart Made of Stone

In a hidden corner of the world, among silver rivers and trees that sang with the wind, lived a little girl with dark hair and curious eyes. Her name was Lila, and she had a special gift: she could listen to silence.

But Lila had a little problem. Whenever she had to face something new - speaking in front of everyone, defending a friend, or simply speaking her mind - she felt a knot in her stomach and kept silent.
“I wish I were brave,” she often whispered to the sky. “Like a dragon.”

One night, as she watched the stars through the window, a dancing light entered her room. It was a glowing stone, suspended in the air, drawing circles of light around her.
Lila followed it, unafraid. She went out into the garden, crossed the woods, and came to a hidden clearing where a figure was waiting for her: it was Sem, the woman who talked to dragons.

“Welcome, Lila,” Sem said in a warm voice. “Your heart has called to me.”

Lila approached shyly. “I do not have a brave heart-I am often afraid.”

Sem smiled and opened a small box. Inside, there were intensely colored stones, each one alive like a flame.
“These are heart stones. Each dragon guards them. Each one comes from a gesture of courage: a word spoken with sincerity, an outstretched hand, a choice made from the heart.”

Then Sem took three stones: one red like the sunset, one golden like the sun, and one shiny black. He tied them together with a magic thread and handed them to Lila.
“This is a Stone Heart Bracelet. It will remind you that every emotion you feel-even fear-can become strength if you listen to it with kindness.”

At that moment, the Guardian Dragon appeared among the tree branches. His eyes twinkled with stars. He bowed before Lila.
“You have already begun your journey, little traveler. Courage is not being fearless, but choosing each day to be yourself.”

With her heart pounding, Lila returned to the village. And from that day on, whenever she felt a knot in her belly, she touched her bracelet and remembered the words of Sem and the Dragon.

She began to talk. To sing. To defend those who were sad.
And the other children, seeing her, began to ask her:
“Where did you find that bracelet?”
And she smiled. “It came from a secret place ... but the magic in it is already inside you.”

Moral of the fairy tale:
True magic comes when you listen to your heart, even if it trembles. Inside every child lives a little dragon just waiting to be awakened.
