2. Products
Il Drago di Sem offers Japamalas, bracelets, and other handcrafted items, made entirely by hand. Some products can be customized upon request through dedicated consultation.
3. Method of Purchase
Purchases are made through the Shopify e-commerce system, with integrated shopping cart and checkout. All prices shown are in Euros and include VAT.
There is no minimum order quantity.
4. Shipping
We ship domestically and internationally. Delivery time varies by destination:
- Italy: 2–4 business days from shipping (add at least 2 days for islands)
- Abroad: variable time depending on country
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
5. Payments
We accept major payment methods, including:
- Credit/debit cards
- PayPal
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- Other methods enabled through Shopify Payments
Payments are handled securely through the Shopify platform.
6. Returns and Refunds
As per current regulations, the buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product.
However, due to the handmade nature of the products, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Customized products are generally not subject to return, except in special cases.
